I’m unsure of the manufacturer on this particular material but I have gotten some multiple times with a bunch of other International Paper recipes which would put its production likely between 1995-2003

This material is 1 of a kind and no 2 pieces are exactly the same

These slabs are thick enough to rip into 2 sets of scales for folders
