Chateau Purcari Pinot Noir over-25 The delicate and textured palateChateau Purcari Pinot Noir is as light and delicate as fine silk. Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, and produced using traditional methods. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrique. The purplish red colour is accompanied by a layered bouquet of strawberries, raspberries and violets. Velvety taste, full, persistent, passing in an aftertaste with fine nuances of maturation. Try with lamb, mushroom and asparagus dishes, or gruyere cheese.
