Humber Scout Car Militarum Tempestus meltabombsThe British army needed extra scout cars to complement the existing Daimler Dingo, and Humber came up with their two man light scout car. Over 4,000 of this popular vehicle were produced and equipped all manner of Commonwealth, Polish and Czech units from 1942 to the end of the war. They were used for recce work and general liaison duties, and proved most useful, having a small silhouette and a truly impressive speed of 62 mph. It relied on this speed
